Rosé teams up with Bruno Mars on new single 'APT.'

Pop icon Rosé has teamed up with Bruno Mars for the release of her new single ‘APT.’ It is the first release from her upcoming debut studio album rosie, due for release on 6 December.
Produced by Bruno Mars, Cirkut, Omer Fedi & Rogét Chahayed, ‘APT.’ is inspired by a Korean drinking game and has a perky, cheerleader beat with staccato, half spoken verses and some incredibly beautiful melodies leading into a chorus that is an addictive repeated chant.
“'APT.' is actually my favorite Korean drinking game that I play with my friends back home. It’s so simple, puts a smile on your face, and breaks the ice at any party,” says Rosé. “One night in the studio I taught my crew how to play the game. Everyone was fascinated, especially when I started the chant, so we played around with it and I said we should make a song out of it... and after Bruno joined the track, the rest became history!"
‘APT.’ is the first single from Rosé’s 12 track debut solo album rosie which will be released on 6 December and is available for pre-order now here. Co-written in its entirety by Rosé, the album promises to be her most personal and candid release to date.

As a member of the iconic group Blackpink, she has broken records, played some of the biggest venues around the globe, and has become one of the most followed and influential musicians in the world. In 2021 her debut single ‘On The Ground’ became a global hit, and broke the record for the highest-charting song by a solo K-pop female on the Billboard Hot 100. Rosé seems to scale new heights with every release and ‘APT.’ is no different, and it is clear rosie is going to be a very special album when in drops in December.
