Global superstar LISA has teamed up with Doja Cat and RAYE for her first new music of 2025, the single' ‘Born Again’.

A full bodied pop track with dashes of funk and strings, it barrels along with an infectious energy that grabs you from the first note and refuses to let go. Lyrically it talks of breaking off a relationship that was going nowhere. “A little bit of ‘How could you do that?’ / A littlе bit of talkin' out your ass / A little bit of ‘Look at what you had but could not hold’ / And that's on you, baby, too bad.”

Also out now is the music video directed by Bardia Zeinali (Sabrina Carpenter, Tate McRae, Kacey Musgraves), which premiered on MTV and on the Paramount Times Square billboards in New York.

The single is lifted from LISA’s debut solo album Alter Ego due for release on 28 February. The album will also include ‘New Woman’ featuring Rosalía, ‘Moonlit Floor’ and ‘Rockstar’ and see’s LISA portray five characters each representing a unique personality, represented by the five points on a star which is a defining emblem of the album.

After relaunching her solo career last year, 2025 is set to be a massive year for LISA. Alongside releasing Alter Ego, she will be making her debut acting role in season three of acclaimed series The White Lotus which premieres on February 17 on BINGE. She will follow this in April with her solo debut at the Coachella festival.

One of the most influential figures in 21st century pop as part of BLACKPINK, Lisa continues to shine as a solo artist and based on what we have heard to date, Alter Ego is set to one of 2025’s greatest debut albums.
