PRICIE releases new single 'M.O.M (Money On Me)' and announces debut EP 'It's PRICIE'

Melbourne/Naarm singer PRICIE today releases her new single ‘M.O.M (Money On Me)’ and announces she will be releasing her debut EP It’s PRICIE.

The track sees PRICIE continue down her sonic path of infusing pop with R&B and rap, expertly creating a sound that fans of all can love without feeling alienated by the other. Her rich and raspy vocals exude strength and attitude as she sings about wanting love without compromise: “Don’t give me excuses just give me what I need baby / Real love ain’t real love when you gotta go all the time.”

"I wrote this song super broke living in a shared house as a first year psych student,” PRICIE says. “I was just not interested in dealing with anybody's bullshit. Sometimes the reality of your wallet is all you need to know… Life is easier without the added drama or clingy love."

PRICIE today also announces she will soon be releasing her debut EP It’s PRICIE which will be preceded by a number of new singles. It is destined to be one of Australian greatest debut EPs of 2022.

PRICIE first came to attention last year with the release of her debut single ‘too dang good’, a smooth and sassy pop-R&B statement for all women to reclaim control of their love life and shake off flaky lovers. She then teamed up with Genesis Owusu for the single ‘Friendzone’ and has attracted acclaim from global influential giants such as Billboard and the BBC.

A truly unique and talented artist, PRICIE is a breath of fresh air in Australia’s pop music scene. If your ears haven’t been blessed by her yet, now is the perfect time to jump aboard the PRICIE train.

'M.O.M (Money On Me)' is out now via Sweat It Out. You can buy and stream here.
