Flint Eastwood releases new video for single 'Monster'

Detroit based Flint Eastwood has released the video for new single 'Monster'. Taken from the EP Broke Royalty, the video was directed and edited by Flint herself, aka Jax Anderson.

Speaking about the song, Flint says it’s inspiration came from one of the darkest places in her life, but that it now stands as a triumphant reminder and hopefully a positive influence for her fans.
"I wrote the song 'Monster' about the dark nights that took place after the passing of my mom & the moment I discovered that things would eventually be okay again. These are songs I'd listen to on repeat during the moments after her passing when I felt like I was going to break," Flint says.
"Songs like 'What Me Worry' & 'Are You?' made me forget the sadness while songs like 'Laughing With' & 'I Will Follow You Into The Dark' helped me to embrace it. 'September' & 'Country Road' were two of my mom's favorite songs & 'Black Bird' was the song my mom would request I play for her on guitar when she was at her most ill. These songs have helped me through some of the hardest moments in my life - I hope they can help you as well."
