PREMIERE: Chelsea Berman launches video for new single 'Obsessed'

Australian country musician Chelsea Berman has just released her brand new single ‘Obsessed’, and today the music video premieres exclusively on Women In Pop.

‘Obsessed’ sees Berman open a new chapter in her career as she embraces a more pop sound. Written by Berman and produced by Rhys Zacher, the song mixes full-blooded guitars and drums with an undeniably pop vibe. Lyrically, Berman sings of a relationship she is happily leaving behind, only for her bitter ex to be clinging on. ‘Baby you should get the help you need / And stop being so obsessed with me’ she sings.

“Y’all might have thought I was sassy before. but this is a whole new level and I did not hold back,” Berman said on Instagram. “The pop girlie has been born, and there’s no going back now!'“

The music video features Berman singing the song behind her bitter ex as he becomes more and more frustrated, as well as the destruction of cake.
