Delta Goodrem returns with new single 'Back To Your Heart'

Australian superstar Delta Goodrem has returned today with new single ‘Back To Your Heart’, her first new music since her 2021 number one album Bridge Over Troubled Dreams.

Written and produced by Goodrem with Matthew Copley and John Shanks is was inspired by her 2022 world tour and is the first release on her own record label, ATLED Records. The song is an anthemic, uplifting pop-rock track with a classic, addictive ‘na-na-na’ melody that quickly lodges itself in your head. Goodrem’s voice is, as always, pure magic as she sings of never giving up and always trust what your heart tells you: “So get out of your head and into your heart…keep running back to your heart”

“I was inspired to write this new music from my experience of touring around the world last year. I knew I wanted the new record to be filled with songs that the crowd can sing back to me, and dance away the night to,” Goodrem says. “‘Back To Your Heart’ is the first song that I wanted to share off this exciting new era of music together. The song is about letting go of your worries and fears that are in your head, and remembering to get back to what you love and lead with your heart. It's anthemic, epic, pop. It's all about living in the here and now, and that feels liberating."

Goodrem is due to kick off her Hearts On The Run UK and Europe tour at the end of August, before returning to Australia for her national sold out Innocent Eyes 20th Anniversary Tour.
