Beth Orton to play In The Round at The Roundhouse

Singer-songwriter Beth Orton is to play In The Round at Camden's The Roundhouse this coming Saturday, 10 February.

Orton first came to prominence in 1996 with the release of her third single 'She Cries Your Name' which charted in the top 40 of the UK singles charts.  Her first album, Trailer Park, scored her a Mercury Prize nomination and she would go on to win the Brit Award for Best British Female Artist with 1999's Central Reservation. With a musical style that mixes electronica, acoustic folk and country, Orton has been one of the most consistent, intriguing and talented female musicians to emerge from the UK in the past 20 years.

At In the Round she will be performing songs spanning her entire career from Trailer Park through to her latest album, 2016's Kidsticks which saw her return to her electronic roots.
